Common questions
There is no sound
Check the silent switch on the side of your iPhone. Sound in the app follows the ringer switch, so if the phone is set to silent the game stays quiet even at full volume. Also check that the speaker icon at the top of the main screen is not crossed out - that setting applies to the whole app.
Where are my scores stored?
On your device, and nowhere else. There is no account and no server. This also means results do not follow you to another device, and deleting the app deletes the history with it.
How do I change the language?
Use the small language button at the top right of the main screen. The app starts in your device language when it is one of the six supported, and falls back to English otherwise. Your choice is remembered.
Which languages are supported?
English, German, French, Dutch, Italian and Turkish - in the games, the rules and the explanatory sections.
Can I clear my history?
Yes. Each game has a "Clear history" button under its history section, which removes that game's stored results.
What does the app need to run?
An iPhone or iPad with iOS 15 or later. No internet connection is needed - the games work fully offline.
Are there ads or extra purchases?
No. You buy the app once. There is no advertising, no subscription and nothing locked behind an in-app purchase.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. There is no chat, no user-generated content, no advertising and no link to strangers. The two links in the explanatory sections point to public research articles and open in your browser.
I would like a refund
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you used to buy the app.
Reporting a problem
The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
- which game and what you were doing when it happened
- device model and iOS version
- the app version, and the language you were playing in
- a screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
Privacy
The app collects no personal data at all. The full text is in the privacy policy.
